The Top 10 Monthly Posts initiative began in November 2021 and has become a signature part of our community identity. Since then, we’ve published over 30 editions, recognizing more than 300 unique contributors for their outstanding engagement and high-value content.
Every month’s list is shared via our LinkedIn newsletter and within the group to celebrate the voices shaping Modern Endpoint Management.
The Top 10 Monthly Posts are selected based on performance data from the last 30 days, reviewing content shared by both group members and admins.
We apply a weighted scoring system to ensure fairness and impact:
Engagement-Based Scoring
Comments and reposts carry the most weight, reflecting deeper engagement and contribution to ongoing discussions. Each is valued at 5 points.
Reactions Matter Too
While reactions like “like”, “celebrate”, or “insightful” may seem small, they represent immediate positive feedback from members.
Each reaction adds 1 point to a post’s overall score, helping highlight content that resonates with a broader audience.
Recency Boost
Posts published closer to the end of the monthly period are more likely to be included, as long as they meet the engagement criteria. This encourages consistent sharing throughout the month.
